Welcome to Storied Workshops. By purchasing a membership to our curriculum-aligned units, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our educational resources and outline your rights and obligations as a member. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or using our

- Membership Details
2.1 - What You Get
- Your membership grants your school a 12-month licenseto access and use Storied Workshops’ curriculum-aligned units. These resources integrate subject content with the General Capabilities of the Australian Curriculum.
2.2 - Eligibility
- Membership is available only to schools. Individual teachers cannot purchase a membership independently.
2.3 - Access to Updates
- Membership includes automatic accessto updates made within the 12-month period for subjects that were available at the time of purchase. Newly released subjects are not included unless explicitly agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2.4 - Discounts & Bundles
- Purchasing the curriculum resources alongside day eventsincurs a discounted rate. Additional membership discounts may be available depending on prior discussions with Storied Workshops.
2.5 - Binding Authority
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the individual completing the purchase or accessing the materials confirms that they are an authorized representativeof the purchasing school. They affirm that they have the necessary permission and authority to agree to these terms on behalf of the school. Storied Workshops is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by individuals who do not have proper authorization.

- Pricing & Payment Terms
3.1 - Pricing
- Membership fees are set by Storied Workshops but may be adjusted for future memberships at any time. Schools that have already purchased a membership are not subject to sudden pricing changes during their active term. Prices are not fixed in these Termsto allow flexibility in pricing changes.
3.2 - Payment Process
- Schools receive an invoice and must complete payment via bank transfer.
- Upfront payment is required to activate membership.
3.3 - Refund Policy
- All membership purchases are non-refundable. Storied Workshops does not offer refunds once access has been granted.
Exception: In rare cases, such as duplicate payments, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
3.4 - Renewals
- Memberships do not auto-renew. Schools must manually renew their subscription each year.
- Renewal discounts may be available in certain circumstances

- Access & Usage Rules
4.1 - Permitted Use
- Schools may use the materials for any class where the subject applies.
- Teachers may print materials for internal classroom use.
4.2 - Restrictions
- Schools may not share, resell, or distribute the resources outside their institution.
- Schools may not modify the materials in a way that repackages or claims ownership of the content.
- Membership grants a license to use the materials during the active term. Access is revoked once the membership expires.
4.3 - Digital Security Measures
- Only one or two teachers per school receive login credentials.
- PDFs are watermarked with the school’s emblem, the Storied Workshops logo, and the year of printing.

Intellectual Property & Copyright
5.1 - Ownership
- All materials provided by Storied Workshops are owned and copyrightedby Storied Workshops. Purchasing a membership does not grant ownership of the materials.
5.2 - License to Use
- Schools receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for educational purposes only during the membership term.
- Once a membership expires, schools must cease using and distributing any materials.
5.3 - Prohibited Actions
- No materials may be copied, distributed, repurposed, or sold outside the purchasing school.
- Any attempt to modify, remove branding, or claim ownership of the materials is strictly prohibited.
5.4 - Trademark Protection
- The term “Myth Weaving” is a trademarked intellectual property of Storied Workshops and may not be used without permission.

Termination & Cancellation
6.1 - Breach of Terms
- Storied Workshops reserves the right to terminate access immediatelyif a school is found violating these terms.
6.2 - Cancellation
- Schools may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
- Schools will retain access until the 12-month membership period ends.
6.3 - Grace Period for Renewals
- If a membership expires, there is a one-month grace periodbefore access is fully revoked. Schools may renew within this period without disruption to access.

Legal & Liability Clauses
7.1 - Disclaimers
- The materials provided are supplementaryto standard school curricula and are not a replacement for core subject instruction.
7.2 - Limitation of Liability
- Storied Workshops is not responsiblefor how schools implement or use the materials. Schools and teachers are solely responsible for interpreting, adapting, and delivering the content in an educational setting.
- The content provided by Storied Workshops is intended for life coaching and personal development purposes onlyand is not a substitute for mental health services, therapy, or psychological intervention. Schools and educators must ensure that discussions remain within an educational and coaching framework and do not extend into mental health treatment. Storied Workshops assumes no liability for any outcomes resulting from how the materials are used in practice.
- Storied Workshops makes no guarantees regarding student behavioural changes, academic outcomes, or personal development progress resulting from the use of these materials. The effectiveness of the program depends on individual implementation and external factorsbeyond our control.
- Storied Workshops is not responsible for service interruptionsdue to technical issues, server downtime, or third-party hosting failures. While we strive to maintain consistent access, occasional disruptions may occur beyond our control.
- By using Storied Workshops materials, schools agree to indemnify and hold harmlessStoried Workshops, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of the materials.
7.3 - Force Majeure
- Storied Workshops shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, or disruptions in technology services.
7.4 - Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
